Associate People Analytics

Do you want to contribute to improving HR and workforce challenges? As an Associate within People Analytics, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact. We are looking for a driven People Analytics consultant to join our team. In this role, you will help our clients create value from their HR data by defining, implementing, and continuously improving business-oriented People Analytics strategies and solutions. It offers a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on data work, allowing you to continuously learn and grow.
What will you be doing?
You will work within a dynamic and innovative working environment with various teams to support data-driven decisions and optimize processes. Your main tasks are:
- Execute People Analytics use cases, from dashboarding to predictive models, Machine Learning, and AI;
- Develop and implement People Analytics strategies and functions within organizations;
- Enrich HR data with other data sources and use these insights to create predictive scenarios and design actions;
- Collaborate with various teams to develop client-oriented solutions.
You will join a close-knit and driven team where collaboration and innovation are central. The work atmosphere is informal but professional, with plenty of room for personal development.
Does this describe you?
You are analytically strong and have excellent communication skills. Furthermore:
- You speak and write fluently in Dutch, English is a pré;
- You can translate complex data into understandable and actionable insights;
- You have experience with data analysis and statistical software;
- You are interested in HR data and developing dashboards and reports;
- You have strong problem-solving skills and can work independently.
