Your job
As a Contract Manager, you are responsible for managing and monitoring contracts with external third parties and IGAs for ABF's entire business, ensuring quality and third-party security.
- Provide support and advice on contract negotiations.
- Analyse legal documentation and service Level Agreements (SLAs) and suggest ways to improve them.
- Facilitate processes for entering and managing IGAs.
- Timely expiration management.
- Manage the contract portfolio and suggest cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
- Coordinate and facilitate Relationship Management with suppliers and Performance Management.
- Liaise with ABN AMRO Bank, to make sure Third Party Risk Management is compliant with ABN AMRO policies and therefore EBA guidelines.
Your profile
- You hold a relevant HBO degree (or higher), such as Business Administration or Economics.
- You have a few years of relevant (contract management) experience, such as in a consulting, PMO or an analytical operations role.
- You have strong analytical skills, that help you create analyses and rapport to understand data where we are at with our stakeholders and conctracts.
- You possess strong analytical skills that enable you to create reports and analyze data to understand where we stand with stakeholders and contracts.
- You have excellent English communication skills (Dutch proficiency preferred) that enable you to establish strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels.
- You are capable of drafting and presenting professional reports to Management Teams.
- Pre: knowledge of the financing branch, Service Level Management, CATS CM (foundation) or Ariba.

We are offering
- The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
- Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
- Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
